1/2cup urad dal
1/2cup chana dal
1/2cup masoor dal
1/2cup moong dal
1/4cup raw rice(optional)
Salt 1tsp
Directions
Wash and Soak all the dals or lentils for 4-5hours or overnight.
Drain the excess water and grind the dals in small batches
Grind to a smooth batter.Let the batter sit for 30 mins.
Add water as required,also add salt and make a thick consistency pouring batter.
Now make dosas in a hot griddle or dosa tawa.
Serve with chutney and sambhar
